the reception is assigning the apartment depending on availability, so it is not possible to confirm in advance on which floor it will be: you could ask for an higher floor, for example, and they will do their best to fulfill your request. All the apartaments are of the same type and orientation.
There is wifi only in the building hall area, but not in the apartments.
