Hello Derek,
I've tried with many searches, but the budget you mentioned is too low for a whole month: the best price I've found is 298 euros in the Hostel In House, for a Single Bed in Mixed Dormitory. The lowest price for a single room (shared bathroom) is 585 euros. Here more information:
