The beaches of Marbella reach from Guadalmina to Las Chapas at a length of more than 30 km. Here are some informations on the various beaches.

Marbella starts at the easter coastline in Guadalmina. The beach there is of pebbles with dark sand. It is not as busy and has all services.
In San Pedro de Alcántara, the Playa de Linda Vista is another pebble beach with dark sand.

The city beach of San Pedro is well visited and disposes of showers, beach bars and parking areas. Dark sanded with some rocks.

Playa del Cortijo Blanco is not really recommendable, it is not ideal for sunbathing and swimming. However, it il lovely to take a stroll. With this beach ends the area of beaches belonging to San Pedro de Alcántara.

When you go further, direction Marbella, you will reach Puerto Banús - a much visited city beach with beach bars, showers and many watersport utensils to rent like JetSki, Kajaks, Pedalos etc.

The dark sanded beach of Puerto Banús has hardly any pebbles or rocks.

If you stay on that route, a little further on, you will reach Puente Romano with a beach similar to the one in Puerto Banus but less busy. Here too, are plenty of facilities available.

The Marbella beaches that follow here are all quite similar. They are well visited during the summer and offer beach bars, restaurants, sun loungers and all kinds of leisurement. Dark sand. Here you find the beaches of La Fontanilla; Playa Faro, Venus and El Pinillo, beaches which are already on the outskirts of the town and less busy.

Leaving the city limits of Marbella carrying on towards the west you will reach the Playa de Los Monteros, with it´s fine white sands. It offers showers, toilets, dust bins and sun loungers as well as parasols to rent. Here you can practice numerous water sports like windsurf, pedals etc. Beach bars are found here as well as on the beaches Playa del Alicate and La Vivora. Nearby is the Hotel Monteros and a luxurious housing estate located.

Fine golden sand and a good gastronomical offer, as well as numerous sporting activities await you on the beaches of Las Chapas; Artola, Cabopino, Calahonda. There are without doubt the best beaches of Marbella. Cabopino is the only nudist beach in the area.

The beaches of Marbella offer generally very good services.
